Ingredients

  • 1 lb goat meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Say-Bi Blends Ethnic Chilli spice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Goat Meat
    In a bowl, coat the goat meat with Say-Bi Blends Ethnic Chilli spice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes then boil for 45 mins (softness of goat as desired)
  2. Cook the Goat Meat
    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated goat meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add Vegetables
    Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and diced tomatoes to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender yet slightly crisp.
