1. Food Items (Spices & Seasonings)
- We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged food items.
- To be eligible, you must request an exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.
- If the issue is due to a seller error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product), Say-Bi Blends will cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
Health & Safety Notice
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on non-defective food items once the outside shipping box has been opened.

- Opened or partially used food items (unless defective/damaged).
- Products that have exceeded the 30-day exchange period.
